Pesticide consultations and children's pathologies at Amiens University Hospital

Since 1 October, the Amiens University Hospital is offering consultations on pesticides and childhood pathologies. The aim of this initiative is to recognise the occupational exposure of parents to pesticides and to claim their rights under the Victims' Compensation Fund set up in 2020. For more information about this service, please contact Dr Sylvain Chamot, head of consultations on pesticides and paediatric pathologies at Amiens University Hospital.

The Gothiques and their special Halloween jersey

Ice hockey is a very popular sport in Amiens, and Gothiques fans never miss an opportunity to support their team. On 31 October last year, the Gothiques won their third consecutive league match against Gap, and for the occasion wore a special Halloween shirt. Peace rally in Amiens

In response to recent events in Israel-Palestine, a rally for peace and calling for a ceasefire was held on 25 October in front of Amiens town hall. Organised in particular by Solidaires, UNEF, LFI and Picardie debout, the aim of the rally was to call for an end to the violence, which is mainly directed against civilians, workers and their families, particularly children.
